Customer Promise (excluding Fine Wines)
If Virgin Wines recommend a wine and you don't like it, you don't
pay.
If you buy wine from Virgin Wines and find it cheaper elsewhere
we'll refund the difference.
If they haven't delivered any of our recommended wines within
7 days, Virgin Wines will credit the full delivery charge to your
account.
If Virgin Wines deliver and it gets nicked, they will replace
the case (plus delivery costs) Free of charge. |
